01 / GET STARTED

Sign in for the first time

Sign in with your work account to meet your agent and join your team’s conversations.

  1. Install and open the app

Get the app for your operating system from the downloads page. On the welcome screen, select Continue with KRAFTON SSO on desktop or Continue with Microsoft on mobile.

  2. Authenticate in your browser

Your default browser opens for sign-in. If a verification code appears, check that it matches the app. Complete authentication and return to KRAFTWORKS.

  3. Find your team’s workspace

If the app asks you to select a workspace, choose your team’s space. A space that requires a join request becomes available after approval.

02 / CONTINUE EXISTING WORK

Bring your Slack conversations with you

Move earlier discussions into KRAFTWORKS channels so your team can continue with the context in place. This is a one-time import of selected channels. Later Slack messages and edits are not synced automatically.

Start

A Slack account that belongs to the source channels

1. Check the destination workspace and connect Slack

First select the KRAFTWORKS workspace that should receive the history. In Settings, open Migrations under Messenger view, then select Connect Slack. In your browser, check the Slack workspace and requested permissions, approve the connection, and return to the app.

Settings also has Migrations under Agent view. Use the Messenger view section for Slack channels. If Connect Slack is unavailable and the app displays a configuration notice, contact your administrator.

View full screen ↗
Settings → Messenger view → MigrationsIllustrative screen. Authorize in your browser; the app checks the connection when you return.

2. Select the channels to import

  1. Check the connected Slack workspace

Read the connection name at the top. Channels to migrate lists channels you belong to. Search by name and use Show more, when shown, to see the rest.

  2. Select the checkboxes

Choose up to 20 channels at a time. Starting with a project your team wants to continue makes the results easier to review.

  3. Select Migrate

Check the selection count, then select Migrate. The current scope is the last 30 days, up to 3,000 messages per channel. The most recent history takes priority when the limit is reached.

View full screen ↗
Select the channels you needCheck the connection name, import range and selection count.

3. Check each channel’s status

Follow progress in Migrated channels. A channel is created after its history has been collected, so there is no Open channel button while it is Migrating.

  • Migrating — wait for processing. Slack rate limits may make this take longer. Use Cancel on that channel to stop.
  • Done — the message count and Open channel appear.
  • Stopped — check the displayed reason, then select Try again. Reconnect Slack first if authorization is required. A retry reads the source again from the beginning.

Disconnect stops imports in progress. History in completed channels stays.

View full screen ↗
Review complete, importing and stopped channelsCounts are illustrative. Only completed channels offer Open channel.

4. Open the channel and check its history and members

Select Open channel. Read recent messages and threads, and check attachments in messages and the Sources tab. The new channel keeps the Slack source’s public or private visibility. Slack membership and permissions are not linked automatically; check who has joined in KRAFTWORKS and invite the people who need to continue the work.

ContentAfter import
Messages and threadsSupported history appears under the original author’s name. Authors are not automatically matched to KRAFTWORKS accounts, and imported messages cannot be edited.
AttachmentsImported files appear as message attachments and channel sources. Deleted files, access restrictions, size and count limits can leave some files out; check the materials you need.
Reactions and membershipExisting Slack reactions, members and permissions are not carried over. Check the new channel’s participants before continuing together.

Use @ma to review the imported discussion privately, then move the next piece of work into a topic.

03 / YOUR OWN WORKSPACE

What is my agent?

My Agent (MA) is your personal agent for work. Ask it to organize your thoughts, prepare a draft, or review a task in a private conversation.

  1. Open Agent

On desktop, select Agent on the left. On mobile, use the view switch to open the Agent screen.

  2. Start a new chat and describe the task

No @mention is needed when talking directly to your own agent. Include the task, supporting context, and the format you want.

  3. Review the answer and follow up

Try “Make it three lines” or “Turn this into a meeting agenda.” Reopen earlier conversations from your chat history.

To use a document or external tool, its service must be connected and accessible to you. Start with something simple, such as organizing notes you paste into the chat.

04 / TALK WITH YOUR TEAM

Create a channel in Messenger

A channel brings a team or project’s conversations together. Share announcements, materials, and progress your team needs to know.

  1. Open Create channel

On desktop, select + beside the channel list heading. On mobile, start with Add channel on Home.

  2. Enter a name and description

Use a name that explains the purpose, such as project-aurora. Add a short description of the conversations it is for, or leave the description blank.

  3. Choose visibility and create it

Select Next, choose who can join, then select Create channel. Workspace members can discover and join public channels. Only invited members can see private channels.

Create a channelEnter its name and description, then choose visibility.

Talk to the channel agent

Ask Channel Agent for summaries or work the whole team needs. The request and answer stay in the channel conversation for the team to review.

  1. Type @ in the composer

Click or tap Channel Agent in the list to insert @ca. You do not need to memorize the Tab shortcut.

  2. Add your request and send it

Explain what to review and how to organize the result. Read the answer and follow up in the same conversation.

05 / FOCUS ON ONE GOAL

Create a topic within a channel

A channel is your team’s conversation space. A topic is where you work toward one goal within it, such as preparing for a launch.

Method 1. Ask the channel agent to create it

Select @ca in the channel and describe the name, goal, and people involved. The agent checks for similar existing topics, so review whether a suggested topic already meets your needs.

START NEW WORK

@ca Create a “Launch preparation” topic. The goal is to complete QA and the customer announcement by Friday. Include me, Jihun, and Minseo.

Open the topic and check its goal and participants. Inside it, select Topic Agent to make requests with @ta.

Ask for a topicAs the topic conversation grows, progress also appears in the channel.

Method 2. Create it from the channel menu

  1. Open the channel’s management menu

Select Create topic from the channel’s upper-right more (⋮) menu. Topics must be enabled for the channel and you need permission to create one.

  2. Enter a name and goal

Describe the result you want to achieve. Choose participants in the next step and create the topic.

06 / THINK PRIVATELY ALONGSIDE YOUR TEAM

Call your agent from a channel or topic

Need to organize your thoughts before asking the team? Mention @ma to continue privately with your own agent, using the conversation you were reading as context.

1. Type @ and choose ‘ma · My Agent’

In the main composer of a channel or topic with existing messages, type @ to open the mention list. Click or tap ma · My Agent. You do not need the Tab key.

You will also see ca in channels or ta in topics. Choose ma to start a private conversation.

09 / ADVANCED GUIDE

Understand privately, then bring it back to the team

Ask MA about something unclear in a topic, refine the answer together, then share the useful result back to that topic. Follow private conversation → draft → review and approve → topic message.

1. Ask about something you don’t understand

Someone in ‘Launch preparation’ says the release depends on regression testing. If the term is unfamiliar, select My Agent in the topic’s main composer and ask.

In the topic composer

Your question starts a private MA conversation. It is not posted to the topic.

2. Talk it through in side chat, then draft what to share

The source message shows Side chat · Only visible to you, and your MA conversation opens on the right. Read the explanation, ask follow-up questions, then say, “Draft three short checks I can share with the team.”

The questions, explanation and draft are private. In side chat, continue without adding @ma again.

3. Ask to share, then review the message

In the same side chat, specify the content to share and the destination topic. Ask to send the result you just refined, rather than the entire conversation.

In your MA side chat

Share only the “Pre-launch checks” we just drafted to the “Launch preparation” topic in project-aurora, under my name.

4. Continue with the team in the topic

Topic participants see the shared message. Your private questions, explanations and revisions stay in the MA conversation. Bring the useful result back into the team’s work.
